PARTS OF PLANTS

Plants, like all other living beings possess a living organism that can be divided into three major parts: root, stem and leaves.
What are the roots? The root is the organ that lies under the earth. Its function is to anchor the plant and absorb minerals and water from the soil.
All main root has root which is the thickest part. Secondary roots emerging from the main root and are not as thick as that. The root cap or cap is to protect the roots ending. Served for the roots may pierce the ground. The hairs are tiny filaments that cover the roots and their function is to absorb water and minerals from the soil.
what are the stems?

The stem is the part of the plant away from the root. Usually grows vertically into the sunlight. From the stem, branches grow where born leaves, flowers and fruits. On the inside of the stem sap flows, consisting of a mixture of water and minerals absorbed from the plant floor.
The main stem is the most important stem of the plant. Him start out coarse stems. The knots are a thickening located in stems. At its height is the source of the leaves. The buds have the mandate to handle the growth of stems.
What are the leaves? The leaf is one of the most important parts of the plant since it is the part of the plant which is responsible for photosynthesis, and respiration and transpiration. A sheet consists of limbo that is the wide portion of the sheet. In limbo is a series of channels called nerves through which the sap flows. The top of the call sheet and bottom beam underside. The edge or end of the leaf is called margin.
The limb is attached to the industry through a kind of stalk called the petiole, although some leaves without petiole
There are different leaf forms depending on the form of nerves, depending on whether or not they stalk, depending on the shape of blade, depending on how is the margin, etc. For example, we call simple leaves which are split or limbo, although the limb is split, the divisions do not reach the midrib. Compound leaves are those in which the limb is divided into fragments which reach the midrib. The leaves have toothed margins in the form of teeth, and the whole leaves have smooth margins.
